We have set up a mailing list that people can opt in and out of at will. As it is now, the list is not moderated (in other words, if you send a mail to the whole list, everyone on it will get your email.) But if we get complaints that this list is being abused, we will move to a 'moderated' list system by which all messages to the whole list must be approved by the moderator before they are sent.
